What kind of photographs do you take?
My work specializes in magazine-style beauty-inspired portraits. I also do commercial and personal branding photography.
What does the value of my session cover?
The booking includes the date, time on set or location, the artists involved in your session and, the post-production of your images.
Additional fees such as makeup, location permits, studio rental, or relocation outside the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) may apply.
How can I make a payment?
To reserve the date, you must deposit 50% at least one week before the day of your photoshoot via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. You can also make full payment in advance.
Is my deposit refundable?
We understand that sometimes unexpected changes happen. So we are flexible with cancellations. But we have to be notified of it as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable. However, we allow it as a credit to another date.
What happens if my session date is canceled?
If we have to cancel the session for any reason. We will notify you as soon as possible and, a credit will be applied towards another date.
Similarly, as a customer, if you have to cancel the session, please notify it as soon as you can to coordinate a new date.
What do I need to bring?
Depending on the option you choose. You will need to bring 2 to 4 outfit changes. I help you select those pieces to ensure the best choice in your wardrobe! You don't have to bring anything else!
Where are the sessions held?
On-location sessions are held at a location of your choice in the GTA, Hamilton or Niagara. Sessions outside these zones incur an additional cost.
For studio sessions we rent the space that best suits the particularities of your project. But also, you have the facility that I take the studio to your favorite place.
You must make sure you provide the necessary permissions for Edil Méndez and his team to do the session in special locations of your choice.
How many images will I receive?
Headshots plans include 3 images, personal portraits include 5, 10, or 15 images respectively, and Branding portraits include 20 images.
All these images are delivered digitally and retouched.
How much do additional images cost?
Additional retouched images are worth CAD 15 per image.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Within 2 business days from the date of your session, you will receive an email with a personalized gallery of images available for selection. These images should not be published, as they are exclusively for selection.
Final retouched digital images will be delivered within 7 business days after selection. All requested images are permanently archived, but unsolicited images are removed from our archives after 30 days.
Can I have all the images from the session?
Although many images are captured during the session. You will only see the images selected by Edil for preview. Images with eyes closed, turned heads, duplicates, etc, will not be displayed and are removed from the files permanently after being fully evaluated.
Taking this into consideration, only images that have been properly retouched will be delivered.
Do you only photograph women?
Of course not! Men and couples are also welcome! Go ahead, write me!
